Founded in 2022 by Jessica, Mekal MGMT was built from a passion for elevating the standard of Property Management and Real Estate services in Western Massachusetts and beyond.

Jessica grew up in Western Massachusetts and graduated from the Isenberg School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She began her career working with two Property Management companies while obtaining her Real Estate License in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

During her first four years in the industry, Jessica gained hands-on experience managing properties, supporting landlords, and delivering high-quality service to residents. Her hardworking and independent nature inspired by her mother helped her quickly develop a strong reputation for exceptional client care.
