Meet our President,
Jessica Mekal
Jessica grew up in a small town within Western Massachusetts. She attended the Isenberg School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She went on to work in Property Management with two different companies while also obtaining her Real Estate license in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
" I thoroughly enjoyed the challenges I experienced in the first 4 years of my working life while doing Property Management. With a solid grounding in the industry and a hardworking and independent nature that I inherited from my mother, I quickly developed experience and a talent for looking after my customers to the highest standards possible. It was because of this that I decided to branch out on my own. I quit my job and created Mekal Management, which I'm happy to say is now thriving!
My hopes with starting my business was to create a smooth and effective experience for landlords in Massachusetts and Connecticut. I have an enthusiastic focus when it comes to creating strong relationships with all of my clients and I believe that trust and communication are the most important attributes when it comes to providing the unsurpassed service I aim for in the property management industry. "
